Ask which charges are included: purchase, sourcing fees, inland transport, inspection, freight, insurance, clearance and registration. Confirm the currency, exchange-rate basis, quotation validity and costs that could change.
Agree the process and timeline
Get payment stages, documents, expected shipping window and collection arrangements in writing. Verify current import and inspection requirements with the relevant authorities before paying. A saved listing may no longer be available; ask our team to reconfirm it.
